Delivery Information

Due to current office hours being Monday to Friday, our despatch team can only process and despatch orders within those hours. Weekday orders will be processed and despatched within 24 hours, usually meaning your order will be despatched the same or next day. Orders made at weekends will be despatched the following Monday.

Items shown as "available to order" can take between 2-10 working days to arrive, depending on availability from our suppliers. Please contact us for a delivery estimate if your item is shown as "available to order" and you need the product urgently. If you are unsure about the availability of your item, please contact us to confirm estimated delivery. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for initial delivery and will be liable for the cost of the return postage.


All orders will be sent by Royal Mail. We currently use standard delivery, which is usually take 3-5 working days delivery from despatch. Next day delivery is available at an extra cost, providing your item is in stock.


International orders from within the European Union (EU) will be charged at £9.99 per item. All EU orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive from despatch.

International orders from outside the European Union (Rest Of World) will be charged at £19.99 per item. The same conditions as above apply. All International (Rest Of World) orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically takes 5-7 working days to arrive from despatch.

We use Royal Mail to despatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods with Royal Mail and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take weeks sometimes, as we have to give Royal Mail sufficient time to search for your missing parcel, to avoid it being delivered twice.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will SOMETIMES incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.
